FAQs
-
Class sizes range from 4-8 depending on the course material. We prioritize small class sizes so that you and your dog get the most out of your class time.
-
Please let your instructor know if you will be absent if you know in advance. We do understand, life happens sometimes. If you miss a class, the week’s content will be emailed to you. one absence can be made up by scheduling a 30min one on one session.

Generally speaking, a dog should be able to coexist with other dogs at a distance. We can provide visual barriers to help your dog focus but a dog that fixates and barks continually at other dog is not a great fit. We do offer courses specifically for reactive and overly enthusiastic dogs that would otherwise struggle in class.
If you are concerned about how your dog may do, please reach out. We’re happy to speak with you, do a facility tour and/or a meet and greet with your dog to assess them for class.
-
If you cancel before class has begun we are happy to provide a refund, minus the processing fees. Unfortunately, after a course has begun we are unable to offer a refund. We can work with you to apply the credits towards other services in the facility.

Yes. We ask that you notify the instructor and provide a protective covering for your dog so that they are not soiling the facility.
